I'm assuming you have already performed the above two steps i.e you've already generated sitemaps and submitted your site to google webmaster tools. Now, follow the steps mentioned below,
Step 1 :- Login to Google Webmaster Tools.
Step 2 :- Select you blog for which you want to add sitemap.
Step 3 :- In Site Dashboard click on Sitemaps.
Step 4 :- Now look for ADD/TEST SITEMAP button.
You'll get it on the on the top >> extreme right hand side.
Step 5 :- Click on ADD/TEST SITEMAP button and Submit Sitemap to Google.
Once you have generated sitemaps using Google xml sitemap generator for wordpress. You'll get sitemap file such as your blog's URL /sitemap.xml file.
Example :- solvemyhow.com/sitemap.xml
So, you just have to submit this to Google Webmaster tools and from then google will take care of your blog indexing. So, from now whenever you update your blog by writing posts, it will automatically index in google search.
