How to Set up schema.org for your Blog/site

Setting up Schema.org for Blog/Site is very simple. You just need to Copy/Paste or add one Java Script Code. 

Well first you might wanted to know why we're adding schema.org code. Well, If you want Sitelinks Search Box in Google Search Result for your blog/site you need to add that Java Script Code.

Sitelinks Search Box :- You'll get the Search Box in the Google Search Results for your blog/site/brand by just setting up schema.org Code and User will be directly redirected from Sitelinks Search Box to your Site/Blog's Search Results Page by Implementing Markup for Sitelinks Search Box !

So, How to Set up schema.org for your Blog/Site/Brand?

Step 1 :- Go to Blogger Template !
Go to Template >> Edit HTML and add the script written below in the Step 2.


PS. First take backup of your Blogger Blog and Template.

2)  Add the Schema.org Code !
Just copy below mentioned code and paste it below <head> tag. To find it simple press ctrl + F and write <head> then press enter. 



 Note :- Replace  
"url": "http://www.example.com/"   and   "potentialAction": { "target": "http://www.example.com/search?&q={query}"
with your website/blog's URL.

Note :- You can also add Microdata Code by going to the link mentioned in step 2. But, It is recommendable to use JSON-LD Code only !


That's it, You're done. Save your Blogger/Site's Template and close it.

Step 3 :- Wait for Google Search Algorithm to identify your site and then they'll add the new "Sitelinks Search Box" in Google Search Results.

      Just add the code below "head" tag.

      To find "head" tag. Just copy it and in your blog template press ctrl + F and paste code below it..

      Thanks for stopping by. Asis the error says that your blogger template only supports xml code not html.

      So kindly convert your code into xml code first.

      Simple do following things,
      1) copy the above code
      2) visit http://goo.gl/lw0kSP
      3) it will convert your code into xml

      So simple come back and paste the converted code into your blogger template.
